Now in our tenth year, Brazen Tails is a small company with a family atmosphere, a fixture in the Baltimore pet-care community, and a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. We are insured and bonded, and all of our walkers are pet first aid and CPR certified. Our animal-loving staff includes:
Erin Proctor, Owner & Operator
After getting my degree in Anthropology at Towson University, I worked on refugee issues in Washington D.C. and Baltimore City. But adopting my dog, Frankie, from Recycled Love nine years ago inspired me to turn that same spirit of caring toward a cause closer to home: caring for animals.
Rory Konsevick, Walker
Rory joined Brazen Tails in 2015, after years working in the restaurant industry. He’s also passionate about music, and composes his own. An avid dog lover, Rory has rescued, trained, and adopted many dogs over the years; these days, he spends his free time with his own dog Rodney. Rory’s work ethic and love of animals make him a great addition to our team!
Annie Sullivan, Walker
Annie has been with Brazen Tails since 2010. She has long experience in caring for animals, is skilled in caring for diabetic pets, and has a special fondness for elder pets – she and her husband Don have adopted several senior dogs. Annie has a BA in Fine Arts from Clark University, and her Brazen Tails friends often find their way into her paintings, prints and handmade books. The new Brazen Tails logo is her design.
Ally Hunter-Harris, Walker
Ally is a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art, and a beloved Brazen Tails alum. These days, she spends most of her time teaching in the Community College of Baltimore County’s CASE Single Step program, and being the lead instructor for their Professional Animal Workers (PAWS) Program. But she still moonlights with our crew, and we couldn’t be happier to have her!
